[Closed] Setting up a "straight forward" partnership

The wife and 2 people she knows, are looking at starting a holiday cottage cleaning and turnaround business.

Plenty of potential customers and a lot of people we know are pissed off with a lot of current providers.

I have had a quick look online and see it's pretty simple to register with HMRC.

There are also a number of free pro forma's available online for the actual agreement.

My gut feeling is to just use the free agreement format and then see how the business develops.

If it goes well and starts turning over significant amounts, then sit down with a lawyer and check everything is how it should be.

Not expecting it to have a huge turnover but any amount of money can make people act strangely!
