It's renewal time for me, been with Adrian Flux for the last 5 years. Would like to get some quotes from others.
Who are you with and what are they like to deal with?

My self build was with Adrian Flux originally, changed to Insurance Choice and never looked back. Although I didn't have cause to claim through either.

Brentacre have been great to me for the last 5 years. Always beat any other quote i get from Adrian Flux etc...
Opposite for me, started off with Insurance Choice and they messed me endlessly when I chased for corrected documents etc. I think I did three years with them and every year something was wrong and half the time I gave up trying to correct the details as it took months chasing them.
Now with Adrian Flux and enjoying a much quieter life. In fact they made one mistake which was adding my wife with business use, not bad when I only asked for domestic/pleasure, especially when business use is almost unheard of luxury for a self-build.
It auto-renewed last month and I didn't even feel the need to phone up and haggle the price down as it went from £250 to £230 (I think)
