We are going on a Segway tour thing tommorow as part of a 40th birthday thing. Anyone got any experience of these two wheeled things?
You're going to have a great time, you'll come away wishing they were faster but wanting one anyway
I've done it a few times. Much easier to pick up than I thought, a lot more capable than I thought it would be and loads of fun. Be careful in tight spaces at speed, I clipped a wheel on a tree at a reasonable speed on an outing, they crash pretty spectacularly, once on its side it was rolling rounding like a premier league footballer after a penalty... Spent a couple of days feeling like I'd been run over. Must be fun as I've been them again since.
Looking forward to it, i'm expecting the ladies to pick it up faster than the gents as they listen rather than just want to get on and crash...
