After attempting to stick a pedal in the back of my leg just under my calf last night(handles caught a branch, I hit the deck wondering wtf happened?) I now have a nice lump and a couple of scabs. They haven't quite matured enough to start picking, but I can never resist.

So what do you lot do? Pick 'em or leave 'em be?

Pick em!! I'm 53 & I've always picked them. Never suffered any harm, in fact I've had a lot of pleasure...

you have to pick, its a natural urge, like squeezing spots or eating bogies
EDIT; brakes, I've never tried scabs on the cat but he is partial to a lick of ear wax....well arn't we all..

when I had a Dartmoor facial in the Summer the practice nurse told me off for picking the scabs on my face ๐Ÿ˜•

I left them be but kept moisturizing them & a week later they were gone. Leaving them dry stops the skin from reforming underneath & can leave deep scars.

I do pick the ones I get on my legs tho ๐Ÿ™‚

Pick 'em and eat 'em. I'm a big believer in recycling.
