It might have been done and I've missed it however some of the Satirical news Sites / Twitter Accounts / Facebook pages like The Rochdale Herald and News Thump are running something called Satire Aid... basically a Secret Santa using an Amazon Gift Wish List to send present to various Children's Missions across the country who supply presents to children in social care, poverty etc etc like Barbardo's etc. They are up to something like 15,000 presents / £125k so far so not insignificant!

our local shite radio station has a similar thing going on, apparently also going well.
