Fed up with my lousy BT service that gives me about 0.5 Meg download speeds coz I'm over 8km from the exchange.
Looked around at satellite deals - it's a lot cheaper than it used to be and you can get reasonable up and down speeds.
Anyone got any experience?

I use Avonline at work, good consistant speeds upto 4 meg. The latency (signal delay) in the ealy days was horrific but now it's around 80ms - 100ms (around twice the landline time). No trouble with signal which supprised me, not cheap though at £170/month.
