Wife has just returned to work after 9 months off due to work related stress/anxiety issues, "Structured returned" 2 weeks part-time, then full-time working.
She got her payslip today, still at half-pay for the month - are her employers obliged to pay the short-fall this month?

structured return still counts as sick leave afaik. When i was on a phased return, I was not allowed to claim any end of shift overtime, as I am rota'd 10 hour shifts, but my phased return was 4,5,6 hour shifts.

what short fall? you say still at half pay - meaning it was before she went to work for half the time - where is the shortfall?
if she did half and half this month then yes they need topay her what she worked if it is greater then Sick pay
