A running buddy for many years struck down at a young age.
Just reminiscing about all the runs we did together and the times we raced against each other. Its easy to feel invincible when your young and strong.
Its not right to see both a mother grieving for her son alongside grand children grieving for their father.
Its a beautiful day we could have been out running.

What happened?
Lung cancer, identified in December he died last Saturday.
Doesnt just affect smokers.
Sorry to hear that - Lung Cancer is one the medical profession can't do a great deal about... Very Sad.
