Looks like an L29 Delphin?
It's an Aero Vodochody L-29, and was en-route from an airfield near Bedford to one in South Wales.
up rising in Bristol? annexation before the weekend? cheaper gas for the south west?
I was really hoping that a Bear carrying nukes had smashed into South Glos.
