Two TJ'S (Touch judges NOT tandemjeremys...shiver...)Video ref and not having to constantly instruct.Even at premier level in Scotland I would be telling the above penalised player to "roll away tackler" Ref just let him do it,stuck an arm out...Breath saved for keeping up with players 😀
