I can't be the only person who wishes very much that the RSS link was a hyperlink, not a massive square you can click on even without being anywhere near the words "RSS feed for this topic".

I am forever hitting it when trying to scroll up.

I can't be,
or am I?

There's small icon and a hyperlink, on the full-fat web version at least. Are you on some sort of device which is doing something "helpful" with it?

Nope. This is how it behaves on all browsers I've ever used over the entire time I have been onsite.

chekkit [the mouse pointer showing it's a link over here]

EDIT: It's a massive RECTANGLE, to be more accurate 🙂

Yep!

You can see the extent of the clickable box here:
[img] [/img]

Particularly annoying on tablets/smartphones as accidentally prodding anywhere in that invisible box while trying to swipe the screen results in it swapping to whatever app you have set up to handle RSS Feed subscriptions. 👿

This isn't a common action - it shouldn't be the second largest link on the entire page!

Yes yes yes, it's a massive PITA and all too easy to hit by mistake on a tablet when trying to page through a thread.

Does anyone actually use it?

+1 and again.. what does RSS do, that I really want to use it?
(not tried it TBH, but I like the forum as it is.. so..)

PS: Give us a fricken Like [+1 ?] button instead! Loads of comments on here I agree with but have nothing to 'add' to the thread
(hmmm... like this one...)

Can't imagine there is anyone on an iPhone who isn't annoyed regularly by that stupid RSS link.

Speaking of which, can we fix the pop ups for adding links and images?

I kinda like that there isn't a "like" button. Think you'd get less comment and more just hitting a button.

Here you go - enough lilies to make STW Towers smell amazeballs and stain every shirt in the place [perhaps an expensive jacket, too 😉 ]

THANKS 🙂
