Ordered up some bike bits and they are being posted out First Class by Royal Mail...when I wur a lad, first class meant the next day...as I grew up and the world of electronics grew, I stopped sending letters/parcels/things in the post so was mightily unimpressed when I last went to post something to be told first class no longer meant next day - it meant they would try their best but more likely 2 days - I did ask the member of staff to clarify that and they said that there was no longer a guarantee that first class was next day so it was as soon as possible. Apparently second class is still within 3 days but first class is no longer next day.
Anyway, I'm waffling...I bought something on Saturday online, I got an email saying it had been dispatched to me at 13:15 today first class - how likely is it they will be with me tomorrow?
More than likely but less than definitely.
It is one or two days. Dunno whan it changed if it ever did.

Last thing I had delivered 1st class took a week to travel 50 miles. 👿
