Is it chained up in a corner, snarling and scaring visitors as it thrashes around?

Last house didn't have an attic. This one only has half an attic and so far nothing.

I helped my parents move out of a house they'd lived in for 30 years. There was an awful lot of crap they'd put in there on the day they'd moved in...,

My inlaws bought their first house in the mid 70s. In the attic they found enough "gentleman's art literature" to fill a dozen bin bags. If only they'd had the foresight, imagine how much that lot could've fetched on eBay!

A colleague's father died a few years ago. Amongst the papers that now form part of the Bletchley Park collection, they also found 26 oscilloscopes. As you do.

Not in the attic, but in the shed of the previous house when we bought it. Large block of plaster. On closer inspection, the block has a split in it. Open it up, and it turns out that it is a mould. In the mould has been cast a 9-inch erect penis made of black latex.

I can't imagine why the previous owner hadn't taken it with them...

Squirrel poop. Lots of it.
Bats. About 40 of the wee pooping and breeding monsters.
Far less insulation than intended, largely due to squirrels.
