Rock Tape (kinesiology tape) is £10 on sale for a 5m roll.

Anyone found a budget alternative that sticks the same?

To do what? You could probably get a roll of insulation tape for way less than that.

In this instance to keep my kneecap in place. Electrical tape is too inflexible for knees and shoulders.

Tape on skin isn't going to help with skeletal issues.

You have kneecaps in your shoulder?

Aldi usually have it on offer. Always keep a stock in and then top up when they are selling it off.

To give support, promote awareness and restrict range of motion while rehabbing. Well that's what the physo told me when this all happened last time. Even showed me how to tape - mighty nice of him.

I mean you can easily buy generics rolls off ebay - I did once and it had very little stick.

Will head to Aldi to see if they have any rolls lurking around.

My wife uses the Aldi stuff and it’s fine. I mean, she’s not an Olympian or owt, but for dealing with some CrossFit knocks it more than does the job.
