[Closed] Roadtrip suggestions to France in October

Hi,suggestions please.

due to a family bereavement in July the wife & I had to postpone our fortnight roadtrip to the Alps…fortunately we were able to transfer our Euro tunnel tickets to a later date & we now plan to go over for one week in October.

Travelling in our campervan with our springer spaniel but need a bit of inspiration for somewhere different to go. Not that keen on doing the journey to the Alps as its now only a week & did Normandy/Brittany last year, ideally looking for a forest escape…anyone got any experiences/recommendations?
