Hello asked this some while ago and lost the link I want to rip or copy dvd and films from the internet to my pc then onto blackberry playbook.
Had something simple and easy from the web recommended on here ..... any recommendations?
Handbrake. You'll probably need some form of plug-in to deal with the protection; back in the annals of time I used to use DVD43, I expect that's been superseded nowadays.

Handbrake, if you install libdvdcss then Handbrake will do the lot, its got presets for various devices so easy to choose various settings for different devices.
