Hi, I bought some quite expensive earphones directly from Amazon that i use for the bike, anyway after owning 3 pairs of these my recent ones have broke. I always keep the boxes and things but i have just moved house and don't know if i can find the original box. I
Figured since Amazon is a massive site and this is a big bike site, this must of happened to some 1 else.
If its a straight no i will just cancel the replacement now otherwise i will be charged for replacement which i cant afford at this time. Thanks

Amazon can't expect everyone to have OCD about packaging
you wont need packaging for a warranty replacement if you wanted cash or vouchers then theyd probably ask for it.
Oh just it says make sure you use the original packaging, its only a stupid ten p little box for god sake lol.
