Fly tipping garden waste is a very poor idea. For peat sake.

Basic mistake is you shouldn't have used the Wheelie bin, it's just not cutting-hedge technology.

its a wheelbarrow ramp, as that pile was built entirely using one ....

You could ride up it, but the far side would be hairy! I suppose with a bit more rubble you could use the wall as a drop off, however it would be around 8ft to flat.

I wouldn't have done it in the first place.

But I'd not be worried about being caught.

Not happening.

After a bit of weather, that stuff could have come from anywhere, anytime.

I just luv the comedy value of this thread.

And the local authourity types here who don't like that a public got away with a mistermeaner.

And, they shouldn't be on the web.

Back to Work, council worker !.

But, why so angry...about everything?

No - just the socially irresponsible who can't be bothered to dispose of their own waste in a proper fashion. Or are you pro fly-tipping?

If it's only grass and soil, it's not a hardcore crime.

I hate fly tipping, fair bit of it going on near my offroad commute, not getting very worked up about this case tho. It is tipping but I'll let the feds decide whether it's worth getting in a tizzy about.

The wife's doing her nut as well now. Apparently, she told me not to do it last night. I don't remember.

You see, despite all that the local authority can do to fine you etc the fact that your wife;

1) told you not to do it
and
2) you weren't listening and did it anyway

is what's going to cause you all the pain and anguish in the long term.

Every time you so much as look at a blade of grass in future you'll flinch.

If there's any seed of doubt in your mind that you won't get away with it, you could always mow your neigbour down in your car and hope no one notices he's missing. Taking lawn'order into your own hands could be risky though.

So when the other prisoners hear he's inside for dumping a ton of grass in his local woods they'll think he's some sort of major crim.

Dumping numerous loads of soil and grass down a steep bank, you may wekll have suffocated a load of trolls or doggers.

Just wait till the environmnet agency get to hear of the matter.

Oh and the chap who spoted you wasnt he undercover working for Special Branch.

Semen would be my worry. If you have ever slipped out into the garden (one moon-lit night) for a danger-w*** then I would say you are in deep trouble. A CSI humvee is likely to pull up any moment.

WTF ? !.

If I were of that persuasion.

I'd hardly be bothered about a techinical infringement of fly tipping regs....

Farmer guilty of damaging one of Derbyshire’s finest conservation sites

A Derbyshire farmer has been ordered to pay financial penalties totalling £18,710 and to carry out restoration work at his own expense, after admitting to carrying out un-authorised activities in an area legally protected for its rare geological features and upland habitats, within the Peak District National Park.

Robert Hall of Longnor, Buxton pleaded guilty to un-authorised ditch work and dumping spoil along the ditch edge, rush cutting and overgrazing at High Peak Magistrates Court on Thursday 1 March. His actions, within the Goyt Valley Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) have resulted in significant damage to the interest features for which the site is notified.

This could be you OP!!! 😛

Go back and deturf the ground with a spade and bury your stuff underneath, then returf and work the ground nicely. They'll have problems figuring out what went on. In future, you know what to do.
