Both are pretty much knackered-I've no interest in gardening etc.

Yes- that next to it is the neighbour's garage so I can go THAT high up with any build etc.

It all needs doing. I hate gardening with a passion and mrshora fell out with the local gardeners after she asked them to halve-their prices 😆

What do you want to do?
One building - custom made?
One off-the-shelf building?

Literally anything. I just need to get rid of those two things as they are ****ed/an eyesore. I could easily demolish in a couple of hours and remove and shale over but it'd look 'odd'.

So replace with something spanning both? A garage would just be too much $$ and I wont use it. I do all my bike spannering under a enclose car port on 3 sides except the back end further up at the side of the house. I've got a brickbuilt shed for storage. Its literally for future (hassle-free) resale really.

Idea- gut the whole area (including lawn)-lay down pondliner and gravel over? It'd look odd..

Advertise them both in the local free ads, 'free, collector dismantles'.

Call mcmoonter in.

Job done!

Get rid of that lot then, if storage isn’t an issue and the area gets the sun…

• Build yourself a pergola / covered seating area.
• Gravel / deck area
• Build/buy a couple of planters
• Trellis with clematis up the side of next door’s garage to camouflage it
• Patio furniture
• Sandpit / Little Tikes slide / play house for young Tarquin

Job done.

Invoice for consultation in the post.
