Got a pair of Gortex boots that I've only worn a couple of times and like a bellend I've caught them with a saw while doing some trail clearing.
They're made of fabric that looks a little like ripstop.
What's the best way to try and repair them?
I've got some Tenacious Tape which I've used on Goretex jackets and also tents but the cut is right on where a crease forms when I walk.
Any other ideas please?
Stormsure glue should be flexible and yet make a tight bond..?
I've just had to bin a pair of Adidas ones that I caught on a sharp rock, only got them at the end of last Summer. I've tried every way possible to repair them but can't get them waterproof so every time I've wore them in the wet I've ended up with a wet foot.
These are Adidas too.
What do you try so I can avoid it?
Shoo Goo?
I've tried Shoo Goo on other repairs and it just peels off.

+1
Awesome stuff....
The Tenacious Tape seems to have stuck to it ok overnight.
I'll see if it stays that way.
If not I'll try the Stormsure glue.
