Does anybody know when they add new stock to the site? Is it a set day/time or just whenever they get it in?

IME it can be anytime. iMac has just been updated so refurbs of these might be a bit thin on the ground at the moment if that's what you're after. Plenty of Applescripts around to check & notify you automatically.

Cheers, I take it Applescripts are only available on a Mac? Any idea how I can setup an alert on Windows to stop me having to check every 5 mins?

You don't know anyone at uni do you? They can get 15% off a new one plus 3 years Applecare.
If you're after a Macbook, there were some good deals on Amazon last week too.
