Any idea how long the cheat and back pain might last after a good over the handlebars crash.
I was in the swamp that is Ashridge yesterday when i stacked it in a big way, down into a hole, over the bars and hit the ground in a full on superman pose, basically the right side of my chest took the impact first. I now have pains in my chest and upper back and I'm wondering how long they might last and or how to treat them.
Any suggestions welcomed.
