Looking to go for 3 - 4 days in a couple of weeks - anything I should beware of? Many thanks.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Really nice, simple hotel, with fantastic location. For me at least, an ideal city beak hotel.

Few years back. Close to the old town and square. Lovely city with cheap beer, just watch the price of the coffee in the old town square.

I stayed here www.miss-sophies.com/ a couple of years ago - it's called a hostel but it's nothing like my experience of youth hostelling. I booked a bed in a dorm room as I was on a cheap motorbike tour of europe but they gave me a private room which, for £16 a night was bargain. The private rooms are fantastic, finished to a very high standard, like something out of a boutique hotel. It's right over the road from the Mercure Pguy78 mentioned above so very handy handy for Central Prague.

Stayed at Hotel Salvator a few years ago - www.salvator.cz

It was great. Not too expensive, centrally located and close to the main tourist places.

Stayed here: http://andel.praguehotels.it/

We loved it. It's not as central as some though not far (about 5 mins from the centre IIRC by metro)
