Missus has 'decided' she'd like a foam roller to iron out a few knots in some muscles. I, apparently, need to make this happen with my awesum internet skilz (i.e. going on Amazon or a.n.other internet website and ordering it).
Any recommendations, or do I just buy the cheapest one I can find 😀

The different colour generally infers how soft the foam is.

Hmm so i shouldn't be using the wooden rolling pin? Rounded ends really get into the knots.
