I want to put a couple of cameras on the front and back of my garage and have seen quite a few on ebay. I was wondering if anyone had any experience of these cheap ones, and if they are worth a punt. They all seem to look the same,and have similar spec for about £20. Are they all pants and should I be paying more? Or will they do the job?
Location is also a factor to look at, to low and theyre smashed or deflected, also sunlight shining into them, also look at the recording device and amount of storage, also cable runs, which can be cut, covert ones inside the garage would be a better bet, and never ever tell anyone theyre in there and see what you notice.
I'm going more for the deterant approach than stealth. But thanks.
