Afternoon all,
This weather has highlighted that we have a few small areas of damp in our house. One is likely from a blocked drain, another one feels like the damp proof course is knackered, can feel wetness on the inside of a wall.
Can anyone please recommend me a builder/Damp proofing company that they've had good experiences with?

used him for a similar job recently, nice bloke and his son Matt is a Plumber should you need one. we found him through the Federation of Master Builders website.
We had good experience with guardian preservations: recommended by a mate who also was happy with work they did for him, and the only company of 4 who didn't try and sell us some bogus chemical balls that didn't stand a hope of working for our situation.
