As above really.
Got a leak coming through at the tops of the walls in the kitchen. Went up to investigate and the gable end wall above the extension is a mess, pointing and mortar between the bricks are all crumbling away. To be fair it is over 100 years old.
Need a builder to possibly rebuild the wall, maybe just a full repoint or possibly render then end. Anyone recommend any builders around here to have a look and see what they think.
