Following on from the very good pub recommendations near Belper/Derby anyone know of somewhere good for a birthday meal in or around Mansfield? Something along the lines of Hanging gate or the Bear near Belper would be good. Ta

No chance.
The Spread Eagle in Kirklington is alright, but it must be nearer to Newark than Mansfield.
