Anyone know of any websites or programs that allows you to enter your own recipes, create weakly meal plans and from them creates an automatic shopping list?

You do realise life and technology changes, there were times before even the internet existed, I believe they were known as the dark ages.
Not really interested in exporting to a supermarket, just produce a list to do a weekly shop. Trouble is I tend to make meals according to what's in the cupboards/fridge keeping a range of healthy foods tends to produce a lot of waste, so I thought I would try planning meals a bit better, but want to do it in an easy way that I am likely to stick to.
