Anyone else had this pop-up? Currently getting it very often but only on this website.

A bar slides up at the bottom of the screen with the option to ignore, which makes it drop away, but very quickly reappears.
Chrome browser on Moto G Android.
Anyone any idea how to get rid? Some googling suggested enabling WebGL in chrome//:flags.
Done that, worked for that session but it's back now.

Nah, I am seeing it a lot. To be honest I assumed it would be some spam thing, given the history on here of ads that dont behave
