Who is tory total idiot on about treasury joke? Missed introduction and want to make a note of him.

Treasury joke? The letter the outgoing set of idiots left saying all the money has been used up I assume.
Nice to see they were taking their responsibilities seriously to the end.

Aha, he's David Laws, new Treasury Secretary, and a Lib Dem. He was shouting and frothing at the mouth and behaving in a very unstatesmanlike fashion, in my opinion.
