I would really like to listen to this show at the weekend but I'll be doing a very long 3:day charity ride, I know due to the heavy music content it's unlikely to be a podcast, so is there any way to record a radio program? I don't want to use the by box as a program.

I'd be really surprised if it wasn't on iPlayer, have iplayer radio on my phone so I can download stuff to listen to when I'm driving.

We have a Virgin TV box and we can record radio as well as TV on it.

Yes I can record radio on my by box but it's not very portable. I'll try iPlayer when I return.
