On bill it states
Cost of electrticity used this period - £427.28
then another line that states
Electricity charges this period - £448.64
They have added the two together....with other charges my elec alone is around £180 per month!?
WTF ?

Loft? We haven't got a roof. I try to keep the house warm by using plug in patio heaters, but it's still chilly.
