Although never a smoker I do enjoy an occasional vape but cannot seem to find one that does not leak soon after buying, have tried nautilus aspire and innokin mini but now exacerbated.
Most grateful for any recommendations?

Smok V12 Prince tank with whatever power source/box you prefer.
Mines never leaked and have it over a year.
Never needed seals changing or anything.
All I did was swap for the 8ml bubble glass when I bought it and that was it.

I always use Totally Wicked E-cigs. I’ve never had one leak

These are a happy medium between the smaller, weaker ones and those big dobbing things

Thanks. It would nice to be able to remove access to the tank without using my dad's vice as I did today!

Smok V12 Prince tank

This, just make sure you screw the coil tight into the base first when assembling. I find the mesh coils are the best all round. 65W on those gives a great vape with loads of flavour.

Leaking tanks are generally due to a couple of factors, not necessarily all down to the quality of the tank.

1) Make sure the glass/pyrex is properly seated on the O ring/seals.
2) It may be due to running the power on a variable mod too low. This causes unvapourised fluid to seep through the wick, pool under the tank and leak out of the airflow holes/slots. Read up on getting the right balance of power through the right resistance of coil
3) You need a new wick/atomiser.

As above Smok V12 Prince or any variation of Aspire Clieto tanks have been rock solid for me.

i use an aspire K3 which uses nautilus coils, only time i've had a leak is on a plane when i forgot to empty the tank, which i think is a must with any of them.

Same way people who didn’t already smoke, start smoking I’d guess?

I used to work with a girl who was a nicotine chewing gum muncher, but had never smoked/vaped.

My recommendation is don’t vape either. Use those lungs for riding your bike and partner.

My recommendation is don’t vape ...

We’re you confused by the thread title and only found out what it was about after you had already committed yourself to replying regardless ?

I’m just amazed we’ve got this far without one of the usual suspects going full on tangled-petticoats about it being disgusting and should be banned!!

Give it 10 minutes....

You have to remember, if the high horse riders can’t look down on people for smoking, they have to cling on to something 👍

Would be nice to see some new material once in a while though 🙄

I might give nicotine patches a whirl, means I don’t have to stand out in the cold to get my fix.

Does anyone know anyone who actually smokes fags any more? Me and all my mates used too. Now not one of them does. Even the proper hardcore, who were 40-a-day ones are now vaping instead.

We were just discussing the other day how much the e-cigs have changed in the last few years. You can now get a really decent set up for 40 quid, which at 20 a day would be less than 4 days fags 😳

In the UK, around 1 in 4 (25.9%) people in routine and manual occupations smoked, compared with just 1 in 10 people (10.2%) in managerial and professional occupations

Explains this.

Stw seems to be full of professional , managerial types. Go to a working class area, preferably into a local pub and its about 60-70% smokers. Their not hard to find !!

I know someone, just taken it up recently (at 19). Works in healthcare...

then someone else I used to work with (IT professional), pretty sure she only started to be one of the cool kids at school/college, then quit for a few years but got back into it again, I suspect, for the social/networking aspect.

Same here. None of my friends smoke anymore. All given up or vape now.

I started ten years ago (Gamucci Micro) they were terrible in those days (barely worked really) and cost the same as a decent sub ohm kit would cost now!
