just a bit of a warning to anybody that has bright white feet (in comparison to nicely tanned cycling legs..)

If, while on holiday you take off your socks whilst on the beach, PUT SOME SUN CREAM ON YOUR FEET!

I have got red feet now..

P.S. Porthcurno is an ace little beach

With a nice geeky museum close by, and an amazing pub too 🙂

3/10. You've only done half a job burying your family.

Porthcurno is indeed a beautiful place for some sun, sea and sand action. Have you checked out what it looked like in the war? You would need bolt cutters and asbestos underpants just to take a paddle in the sea. 😉

And remember it washes off (even if it says it doesn't). Was crabbing in Hope Cove Devon this year and got burnt feet because I only applied sun cream twice in a 3 hour period.

burnt my feet when I was a kid, loads of blisters, agony, sister got burnt even worse. I very rarely take my trainers off in the sun or wear flipflops for that reason, well that and the fact people would point and laugh at my skanky feet.
