Oh yes!
I'm guessing October? (haven't watched the trailer or anything...)
I hope so, the thought of waiting any longer than that is just too much!
EDIT: October 14

They started the teasers on FX back near the beginning of July the fleckers. Can't wait!
Very excited. Although really hope that dumb kid isn't so annoying. Also the wife.
Looking forward to that
can't wait, series 2 sort of redeemed itself towards the end!
S2 finale on 5 Monday for us freeview-ers...
David Morrisey joins the cast
Looks good. what date in the UK though, 15th?
So, the prison, Woodbury, David Morrissey as The Governor... Here's hoping it's a bit more interesting than the last season!
Looks awesome!!!!!!
It does look good!
Does anyone follow the comics?
I do like it, but if the last series is anything to go by I think they've probably just shown all the best bits.
I've just done a little wee in my ill fitting pants
yes flyingmonkey, but i find them quite depressing!!!
possible spoiler
[s]havent read any since the traumatic bit when they leave the prison (i hope im not spoiling much there)[/s]
possible spoiler
if this series is following the governor storyline as it seems from the trailer then it touches on some very disturbing stuff!!!!
I read the comics, flyingmonkey. The prison stuff is pretty grim, wonder how they'll cover it on TV...
Edit: What Kimbers said, the fast typing filly!
It looks to be going in a slightly different direction from the comics with the Governor, if what I've read online (including interviews with Mr Kirkman!) is anything to go by, which I quite like - it's nice to not know exactly what's going to happen.
The comics don't get any happier I'm afraid Kimbers... There are definite ups and downs, to say things are on a down at the moment (issue 100) would be an understatement!
**edit**
Aye Mrs Toast - I was wondering how they'd handle some of the stuff in the prison, but the characters are quite different to in the comics so I'm not sure it'll take the same tack.
I'm looking forward to it too.
Oh excellent, it looks like it's going to have a bit more going on than in the 2nd series, although I think they did quite well after having their budget slashed.
