I know there are a few boarders on here, so I thought I'd mention that
The Big Bang Snowboard Show
is on this Saturday at Braehead Sno!Zone.
Demos of new 2010 kit, coaching, seminars and films.
All free (apart from normal fee to use the slope).
Should be good.
The Unleash the Lens films from the show are also being shown in Edinburgh on Friday (8pm, Amicus Apple).
What's it gonna be then G? New boots or lessons...just thinking about them sore feet of yours ๐
Are you stalking me dd? ๐ฏ going through my recycling?
Boots: My boots are fine. My feet are a lot better after the nice Snow+Rock bloke prescribed some SuperFeet insoles and I switched to a duck stance. Still occassionally a bit painful, but not to the point that I can no longer ride.
Lessons: I reckon it might be too busy to benefit from coaching, though I might give the K2 Ride Clinic a go if it is quiet.
I'm mainly interested in trying a few jib boards and going to the seminars on "Mountain Safety" and "Snowboard Photography".
See you there?
Would love to make it mate but a bit far north for me. You doing Canada again this year? Not sure I'll be going at all ๐ฅ

Where are you again? It's also going to Castleford and Milton Keynes if that helps.
You doing Canada again this year?
Yep, 10 days in Fernie next February.
Hoping I can afford to do some backcountry cat [s]skiing[/s]boarding this time.
Might be my last one for quite a while though ๐ฅ as I'm facing impending parenthood in May ๐ ย ๐
*bump for anyone that missed it yesterday*
