This is a brilliant deal. It's only on for 4 days (finishes on 14 Feb).
If you've never flown Qatar before, they are excellent, one of the few 5* airlines. Other than perhaps Cathay Pacific, I've never flown with a better airline, so to get flights to the other side of the world for under £500 each is pretty decent 🙂
Hope they do a similar offer in May.

Travel needs to be between 28 May to 23 July and 14 Sept to 17 Dec. So just blacked out for school holidays by the looks of things.
EDIT: Ah sorry, I misunderstood what you meant...I've no idea how far in advance you can book with Qatar to be honest.

Dammit. With a little more time I would be racing around to put together a plan for a return to Nepal!
2 persons = manchester to brisbane, 14th - 29th june, 2,695.80 GBP, economy
1 persons = same route dates and times = 1275 GBP
so, if that offer is true, it should be 1275 for 2 PERSONS!
I imagine there is some small print there somewhere regarding airport taxes ...

hmmm, that's odd. I'm getting flights for 2 under £1000 to Singapore, Maldives etc from Edinburgh.

but how much is a single to singapore, and then compare that?
I can't get it to work either. Any dates I try are still more expensive than Qatar flights on Skyscanner.
Exact same dates as above, but for one person.
As has been pointed out (and is shown in the front page of the offer), you'll still have to pick up the taxes per person. I doubt Qatar will pay those! 🙂 For some destinations and departures, taxes form a huge part of an economy ticket.

When i did the exact same thing as above, when i went as far as "SELECT FLIGHTS"
we get "COMPANION FARE" listed
so as i have not been able to see this at all before, i am guessing its
not on all flights within the valid selected dates
and
not on all destinations / routes
would be nice to search by companion fare, instead of trawling through!
Can't get that to work either. Looked good on the front page but did nothing other than draw traffic and frustrating. I can see that being frowned upon by the Asa.
I tried flights to Sydney, which take me via Perth. So I thought I could fly into Perth for less and get an internal flight to Sydney (family to visit in both destinations).
It was more expensive to get off the plane in Perth than it was to wait 5 hours for the connecting qatar flight to Sydney.
Go figure....
