Really like the look of these.

You won't really like the servicing and spares availability - especially brake servo's and tyres apparently.

Disappointing, I was hoping for a lightly used Weller.

Are these the winning bids?

http://www.mod-sales.com/information/27/Previous_Tender_Results.htm

Looks like I lost out by not much on that box of 100 Silva compasses!

Don't think so

The tender results will be published on this section 2 weeks after the Tender has finished. The results will remain on the site for 2 weeks and will then be removed

I was going to stick a bid on an ambulance but forgot - probably for the best really.

No idea! Also I need to drive to Grantham to collect them (I'm in Surrey)

I think they might be like this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SILVA-BRITISH-ARMY-MOD-TYPE-4-54-MARCHING-EXPEDITION-COMPASS-Grade-B-/370581817017?_trksid=p4340.m185&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC.NPJS%26its%3DI%252BC%26itu%3DUA%26otn%3D5%26pmod%3D220925241757%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D6646841172367832625#ht_500wt_1413

Possibly...

Seemed a good idea at the time.

With the new modified regs, DVLA are usually only willing to issue a V5 with "motorhome" if it was built and first registered as such - i.e. home converters now get the description "van with windows" or something,

They had put this in place a few months ago but after a lot of fuss they've already recinded it. My sprinter converted inside was changed just last week by the dvla based on a couple of pics, no questions asked.

Someone here has an *awesome* Sprinter - he works as an MoT tester, I think - not you, is it?

Sorry - being lazy. I have yet to speak to them too and am torn between collecting or delivery, just thought if you had already spoken to them you could tell me.
