Are you the sort of grown man who walks round Tesco wearing a hat like this?

[IMG] [/IMG]

Are you aware that you look like a ####?

years and years ago my uncle told me to always watch out if you see someone driving wearing either a trilby or a flat cap as chances are they will be not that good a driver, sweeping statement maybe but he was right.

gavtheoldskater - you uncle was quite right. ANY sort of hat is a sign of a shite driver, I've used that rule for years.

edit:
honourable exceptions granted
turbans (not a hat IMO anyway)
crash helmets
(maybe stetsons, not sure)

helmet = sensible
hat = senseless (except perhaps on hot girls who can get away with wearing anything [or nothing] )

I like wearing hats and wish more people did but not stupid festival hats like that .....hats that make me look distinguished ... or a to55er depending on your view point but either way a warm one.

they are clearly emo no chav

.

LOL ! Not Emo, but Evo !

.

Obviously these guys are big fans of Evo Morales - President of Bolivia, leader of the Movimiento al Socialismo, and Champion of the indigenous people.

And how nice to see so many young people supporting the Bolivarian Revolution instead of dossing around and getting up to no good.

Wadja reckon Evo ? ........ gimme five

If you were proper mountain bikers and not just "all the gear but still a bit queer" types that flock around forums asking each other what colour is acceptable this week, you would know that hats like that are mandatory for gnarly climbers, ice climbers and mountain athletes. Although brown leather wrinkly skin is required before you are allowed to wear one. Along with duct taped goretex shell jackets and gloves.

They are Alpaca hats, made from knitted Alpaca wool, worn by the people who live in the Andes mountains, South America.

I know. And they look fine on the head of a person in the Andes.

However, if you are strutting round Tesco in Prestwich with one on your head you look like a ####.

leave 'em alone. There can never be too many people to have a good laugh at and these chaps really do it for me.

if they're wearing a scarf done up girl style then all the better.

There's plenty of folk in silly costumes in Prestwich Tesco, normally on Thursday evening.

They're ****ing itchy if you get an original. Yak hats, we used to call them.

Hats are underrated.

They're not hats - they're wooly bobble hats developed from the ones the brownies used to wear!

A hat is not a proper hat unless something cute and fluffy has been killed to make it!

(says the man who wears a kangaroo leather hat every day - and warm and dry my head stays in it too).
