Sorry to derail the thread...but wondering if anyone has any advice!?
I had ordered a computer on 20/5, and money taken etc....an empty, but sealed box arrived on 1/6/20. Since I have spent a lot of time on the phone to Garmin (thanks to getting a number from here)...but basically no further forward.
Initially they had said it was a UPS problem, but I just think they must have somehow not packed it at their end, as the box/seal etc were pristine. These things happen and trying not to cause too much of a fuss!
In short, it’s been almost a month since I paid, and I’m no further forward with getting a refund or the computer (which I would still quite like 😂)
Does anyone have any experience/ideas/suggestions!? Thanks!
