Bargaintastic! Blackfriars flapjacks in assorted flavours, currently 2 for £1.

These are delicious and pretty substantial size-wise.

The oats in flapjacks are barely cooked.
Eating raw oats is OK once in a while ,but if you eat raw / partly cooked oats a lot you will not feel so great.
Its like eating raw potatoes its a novelty be not good for your insides.

they will eat grow into plants in your bowel and you will never be able to sh1t ever again and will need an internal mow
Many of the ones are vegan if anyone cares
EDIT: Cooked oatmeal has a alower GI index so I am keen for your explanation on why they are so bad

I think any bad effects from uncooked oats is counteracted by the sugar, syrup, butter and Jammy Goodness that is also found in flapjacks. 🙄

Calm down please! I am not suggesting that one should stuff these in one's face every day but do recommend carrying one in your backpack for emergency use.

Would rather eat these than some over-priced "sports" bar.
