I have never watched the programme, but my children tell me that the bloke that lives opposite us looks like the main bloke character in the series.

No, he has a bum on his chin and a big, fat arse stuck on his midriff as well.

Bird is the word...hah! Good episode...the music just reminded me of my favourite South Park episode. I snorted my beer through my nose when I watched the opening seen during the premier of this one.......

Can't help thinking of this South Park clip now whenever I watch Family Guy.

I like them both... they both have their ups and downs. South Park episodes that mostly feature Stan and Kyle tend to blow.... the best episodes being the ones where Cartman, Chef, Butters, Stan Marsh or Mr Garrison take centre stage. The topical humour can be brilliant but sometimes I think the writers are off their faces on smack when they are thinking of plots. Lemmiwinks ❓

Family Guy has the best one liners though, they tend to rely more on timing for comic effect. It can piss me off though when the episodes go nowhere, the pointless comical irreverence has been overdone.

The early Futuramas are great as well.
