I searched for Angry Birds on android market but no game came up, only some themes, wallpapers, guides etc. Tried looking for games manually but nothing there. My phone runs android 2.1.

Okay so I found it but how the heck do you play it? Are there not any instructions?are you supposed to just kill those green pigs heads??
Pull the birds back with your finger and release. Different colour birds do different things.
It's on the main android market now, just search and ye will find.
Dont forget that if you tap some birds in flight they do stuff!

Been playing for a couple of days now - I now know why everyone went crazy over it on the iPhone! Stupidly addictive, and one of the nicest gameplay mechanics since World of Goo. Managed to get 3 stars on the first 21 levels but the difficulty soon ratchets up...
