Air beam tents don't have fibreglass poles, instead you blow up the beams with a pump. Pump included.
Just a heads up really for anyone going on a late Summer trip or festival weekend.
Oh, same style tent with normal poles for £69 I think.
Almost an exact copy of my Decathlon Airseconds 4.2. can't see any difference in design though mine has blackout fabric?
Good tent, I like it. £200, though I paid £100 in the sales in winter - had to buy the pump separately though
oooh tempting but not sure if it will hold up as a proper tent. Any thoughts?
My Decathlon one stood up well in high winds and rain, if a bit noisy as some vents can't be fully closed.
This is relative obviously - low level commercial campsite as opposed to up a big hill!

The reviews suggest the quality is pretty poor although it looks like some of the reviews may be for other tents
It seems to sag a lot at the front door they have either not set it up well for the photo's or it is poor design
The Decathlon tents are more but look to be much more sturdy with the three beam set up.

I also have a Decathlon inflatable tent. It's nothing at all like this one. ALDI couldn't even get it setup properly for the advertising picture. Wouldn't bother.

My Decathlon Air-seconds doesn’t have any fibreglass poles, it doesn’t need them, that’s the beauty of it. Get footprint out of bag, spread out and peg, get tent out of bag, spread out on footprint, attach pump, inflate beams, peg out guys and tent, set up chair, drink beer. Takes less than thirty minutes.
There's 2 now down to £80 each in my local aldi
Bought one last spring. Put it up in garden & looked good. Put it up in France on summer hols & one of the pole sleeves tore. Survived the week by suspending that part of tent from tree.
Pretty sure we didn't put too much pressure in as used pump with gauge & valve.
Aldi referred me to an Australian manufacture as it was over 6 months old & they wouldn't respond to my emails.
Would avoid...
