So how does this work? PP and ebay just take the hit but the buyer still gets their money?

And can you use it more than once so long as it's today?

maybe you did, when I went to use it the second time, the ebay page showed the discounted total but the paypal total was for the full amount. so i cancelled it.

edit: just checked and it showed the discounted amount in paypal.
