My father is having problems with his cataracts. As he lives in Wales they have different rules for Cataract removal to England. They have to wait until their vision is quite poor ... and then they will only do the worst eye.
As a result I am trying toget an idea how much it would cost to get this done privatly... Any ideas folks?

my dad paid c 5k gbp for his op, both eyes & a follow up.
I live in Spain & its 2ke per eye there, so 4ke.
Both prices from proper eye surgeons.
