OK ive changed my cartridges, installed new genuine HP ones
run a printer "clean nozzles" programme in the printer and all but the black works fine
i think iT might be full of old dried ink and not letting ink through onto paper
any ideas on how to clean the nozzles manually?

Should be part of the cycle But go into settings
and select what nozzle cleaning
