Posts seem to be not appearing in threads. The threads jump to the top of the forum page and show the most recent post as being seconds ago, but the reply count doesn't increase and the post doesn't show in the thread. Obviously not just happening to me because other threads jump to the top but the most recent post shown is hours old.

Now they seem to be appearing, but the post count isn't updating. For example, the Upshift/Downshift thread is showing with 2 posts on the forum page, but has 4 posts in the thread.

Yeah, I had some weirdness with that same thread- posted, didn't appear. Refreshed, didn't appear. Went to post again, says "You already posted that". It's there now so presumably some sort of timing/sync issue

It’s a cache issue with the posts count, it can occasionally take a short while to update.

Cougar posting too much and the hamsters getting tired?

There are also duplicate threads, I'm assuming the same issue.

Did this happen as the clocks changed?

Clocks changing *shouldn't* make a difference, things run on UTC, it's just the displayed time that shows the DST offset or not.

Sounds more like a cache problem in the same way that on multi-page threads going to the "last page" would sometimes get you to the penultimate one if the cache hadn't updated recently.

Maybe you should stop using the word **** quite so often?

It's been like that for me ever since the upgrade. I think Mark popped on at one point to say it's the cache of the servers they use just taking a minute or two to update and that there's a page count bug from when they changed the amount of posts per page. No big deal once you realise what's going on.
