Might need to post a frame within UK. How do you do it cheaply? It's rather urgent, please help.

1st class post within the UK is £12.99 but depending on the weight of your box.
Dead handy as nearly every hight street has a post office, so its the easiest for posting and collecting.

Do you just wrap it in some bubble wrap and off it goes? Or do I need a box?
